The International Space Station is visible by eye from the UK at the moment. It is the second brightest thing in the sky at night. The first of course is the moon. If you want to find out if you can see the Space Station there is a very good site. All you need to do is to put in your location and it will tell you the times and what direction to look. http://spaceweather.com/flybys…..ountry.php

Interesting! I've noted that URL.

I saw the space station last night, it was quite amazing. It came from the west and went right over us which took a few minutes. Tonight it is going over twice and it's closer to the earth than last night so it should be even brighter. But Sunday night should be even better because it's going to be even closer. I printed a list of satellite flybys for my town and I got 40 hits for the next 7 days. On the list it tells you what the satellite is, the time, the direction to look and the elevation. I'm turning into a geek.Laugh I've even got a compass so I know where to look in the sky.
