And here I've been all these years scoffing chocolate because I was depressed: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/hea…..644016.stm. Now they tell me it's been making me worse. Now I really am depressed

Last report I heard, chocolate was showing signs of being an effective aphrodisiac! We'll just hang on until the next round of suggestions.

You are so right, one minute it's good for you and the next it's bad. The way I look at it is, everything is fine in small amounts. A glass of wine is good, a bottle is bad. A few squares of chocolate is good, a 400g bar is bad. I think if you're sensible you can eat anything.
I've gone back to butter because you know what's in it. I don't have it thick and our body's know how to deal with animal fats, they don't deal well with man-made fats.
