I must confess that I am in favour. What we, as a society, put ourselves through, would not be acceptable as treatment for our pets or farm animals. Obviously it has to have some controls for such things as temporary insanity, or where a cure for the ailment is near.

Civilisation is a veneer, easily soluble in alcohol. http://cidermannz.blogspot.com/

Cider, this is a very difficult question and I think I have to say No to legalizing Euthanasia.

The chance of misuse is too big.

I have seen people suffer when I have thought they should be allowed to die.

I don't believe in keeping People alive by artificial methods when there is no hope of recovery.

I do think that patients suffering and no hope of recovering should be given enough pain killing drugs.

I think that  if I knew I was seriously ill and no chance of recovery I might swallow  all the medicament that I had.

Perhaps I am not sure.
