This is the A380. Sorry the picture is slightly blurred, it was taken through a window and I have got some reflection.

I wonder what Mr ME will say about this 380 airbus now
.” This plane has to be seen up close to be believed it's simply magnificent and unbelievably large.”
Aren't these the planes which have now been grounded.

You're right, Ciderman, problems with the Rolls Royce engines. My sister flew to Australia in one and is meant to fly home in one I don't know how she will be getting home now. The airline must have more planes. I suppose the trip could take longer. At the moment she has gone from Brisbane to Byron Bay for the weekend. The beaches look lovely – lots of sand. I hope the weather is good for her.

I was in Byron Bay for a week or so in 1961. Wonder if they still talk about me?

I will ask my sister when she gets back in 9 or so days. I'm sure they must have named a street or something after you.

We still talk about Guy Fawkes and what he did so I am sure they will remember YOU Ciderman.
Now I wonder what you got up to 50 years ago

You're right, Doreen. We do still talk about Guy Fawkes but he tried to blow up the houses of parliament. I do hope Ciderman didn't do anything like that.

Hmmmm! 50 years ago? I would have been working my way around Australia looking somewhat disreputable most of the time!

It must be very early there – or is it late? There are some things I miss about being young – no aches and pains and you never seemed to feel the cold. You could also stay up late and not feel tired. I could go on and on. Actually, there are a lot of things I miss but I don't think I would like to go through them again. It's dark here and I'm going in to do dinner. Nothing fancy just something quick.
