That's a lovely sheltered spot AnnMarie. And solar lights so you can revell at night!

Thanks. We made it there because it is sheltered. It is lovely to sit and listen to the birds. We have a lawn with snowdrops, another small seating area, some trees and look out onto open fields. It is quite lovely.

My lupin is in flower. The bees love it . Unfortunately, the slugs do too . It flowered for the first time last year and only had one flower stem. It has 6 flower stems this year and when they all come out it's going to look great.

Sad , very sad.
My garden is still cold and very wet and my 1 lupin bud is just 2 centimeters long.
And Tomorrow is fronleichnam which is a Sunday and all the shops are closed.
so I shall stay in bed a little longer.
I was up this morning at 6am and have been busy all day.
I am now going to open a small bottle of white wine and have a nibble of cheese. Prost!
