I've just realised why this forum is different to the old place. The latest message is at the top whereas at the old one you had to scroll down to see it. Yes, I'm a bit slow on the uptake, I bet you'd all sussed this out ages ago.

I would say that “the other” was easy to use, but this is not better not worse just different
Here I have to add together 11+4 !! what happens if I make a mistake.

Bent? Moi? A little skewed perhaps but an upright and sober citizen most of the time!
Today I had intended getting out to try and buy in a little festive cheer, and some 'normal' food type stuff as well but we've had more snow overnight and I've decided that it would be foolish to move out of the house. This will give me the opportunity to eat up all that out of date stuff at the bottom of the freezer which has given me sleepless nights and a massive guilt complex when so many in the world are hungry. So, it will be a little bit of penance really and will do me the world of good (I have got plenty of Brasso to keep the halo polished).
My changed circumstances has, of course, involved masses of paperwork from The State and I really must start to deal with it today. At least it might give me some tidy kitchen worktops at last and once it's done, it will hopefully mean that I can continue to heat and eat in 2010
Now there's a point that's been getting up my nose recently. 2010. What do we call it? Some are calling it two-thousand-and-ten, whereas I favour the twenty-ten style. I must start writing letters to the newspapers or something as it's infuriating me and this might be part of my new life: i.e. being one of those boring and angry individuals who pen letters to the newspapers on subjects which nobody really gives a toss about.
As you can see, I am pondering on mighty subjects here and will now really start to set the world to rights. Onwards and Upwards

Just a little point …. I neglected to mention that our dear Ciderman is not Fffffffine. Yes, I know I have spelled it differently but I had taken into consideration that he is, after all, a foreign gentleman and I thought he had developed a stutter and I was far too polite to draw attention to it. I am sorry that you are not fine Michael and if there's anything I can do to help, you need only to ask.
Actually, new research has shown that stutterers are helped enormously by wearing an earphone on one ear only. Don't ask me how it works but I'm sure that if you try it, you will be fffffine Michael.

I would be concerned, Mr Mouse, if the charmingly feminine Miss Lucy was to attempt a form of Fa'afafine normally only displayed by Polynesian males of an unusual disposition.
