The learning opportunities for those of us in our Third Age have never been greater.
In fact not since we left full-time education have so many learning opportunities been at our disposal. And because we are also living longer, we have more time to benefit from that extra learning.
All over the world Third Agers are returning to education in their retirement.
There have never been more opportunities for the over 50s and over 60s to do part-time vocational courses, to learn languages, trades or new skills, to attend university or to study from home.
