As we reach our Third Age, the subjects of Property & Finance become of increasing importance to us.

Property because very often our home is our greatest asset. To many of us over 50s, our property represents not only the roof over our head, but also the key to our financial future.

Finance because while we are increasingly becoming state controlled, the state cannot be relied upon to provide for those of us in our Third Age.

Only by properly managing our finances can we be assured of a secure financial future in our later years.
